Öz
Amaç: Bu çalışmacının amacı; gıda sanayiinde kalite algısının tüketici üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir.
Çalışmanın Metodu: Bu çalışma, nicel yaklaşıma dayandırılarak pozitif felsefe metodu ile desenlenmiştir. Güvenilir veriler, Pakistan?da gıda sanayiisi dahilinde tüketicilere uygulanan araştırma sonucu toplanmıştır.
Bulgular: Elde edilen sonuçlar, kalite algısının tüketici tutumları üzerinde orta dereceli bir etkiye sahip olduğunu, kalite algısı ile tüketici tutumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğunu göstermektedir.
Araştırmanın Sınırlılıkları: Bu çalışma, sadece gıda sanayisi ile sınırlı olup, veriler Karaçi?deki tüketiclerden elde edilmiştir.
Sonuçlar: Bu çalışma, yerel gıda sanayiisinde tüketicinin yiyecek kalitesine olan tutumunu göstermektedir. Ancak bu çalışmadan, gıda kalitesini sağlayarak marka değeri ve marka sadakatini arttırmak isteyenler, gıda sanayiinde faaliyet gösterenler fayda sağlayabilir
Değer: Bu çalışma alan yazındaki diğer araştırmalar incelenerek gerçekleştirimiştir. Ancak gıda sanayiinde gıda kalitesi konusunda başkaca çalışmalar yapılabilir.
