Öz
Mal ve hizmetlerin hızlı ve bilinçsiz tüketimi, doğal kaynakların tükenmeye başlamasıyla birlikte çevresel bozulmalara da neden olmaktadır. Dolayısıyla çevre bilinci günden güne artan ve tüketicilerin gittikçe önem verdiği bir konu haline gelmektedir. Artan çevre bilinci ile birlikte sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı sağlamak adına tüketicilerin yeşil tüketime yönelmesinde büyük bir artış gözlemlenmeye başlamıştır. Artık tüketiciler çevre dostu ürünleri daha fazla tercih etmekte ve bu ürünlere duydukları güven doğrultusunda satın alma kararı vermektedir. Yeşil aklama, çevresel yanıltıcı iddiaları nedeniyle tüketicilerin güvenini sarsan ve yeşil pazarlamaya zarar veren faaliyetler olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, 2019-2023 yılları arasında “yeşil aklama” kavramının geçtiği tüketici odaklı makaleleri inceleyerek mevcut bilgi birikimine genel bir bakış ve sentez sağlamaktır. Bu kapsamda SCOPUS veri tabanında yer alan konu ile ilgili makaleler sistematik literatür taraması yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Sistematik literatür taraması sonucunda araştırmanın amacına uygun olan 48 makale değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında, bu makalelerin yıllara, yayımlandığı dergilere, atıf sayılarına, yazar sayılarına ve araştırma tasarımına göre dağılımları ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş ve tablolar aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Bununla birlikte değerlendirilen makalelerde “yeşil aklama” ile birlikte çalışılan diğer değişkenler de incelenmiş ve sınıflandırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ayrıntılı incelenen 48 makaleden elde edilen verilere göre, yeşil aklama çalışmalarının son yıllarda artış göstermesine rağmen tüketicilere yönelik yapılan çalışmaların yetersiz kaldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
