Öz

Pek çok araştırma (Lee & Chan, 2007?; ? Evans, 2008; Kennedy et al., 2011?)? ses kayıtlarının farklı alanlarda sağladığı faydaları incelerken, ses kayıtlarının insan kaynakları davranışlarına karşı yenilikçi ve eşzamanlı olmayan eğitim ve gelişim aracı olarak kullanılmasını inceleyen yeterli çalışma yoktur.  Bu yüzden bu çalışmanın amacı eşzamanlı olmayan ses kayıtlarının eğitimdeki önemini konu almıştır. Çalışma, belirlenen bir firmada çalışan 120 işçinin kullanıldığı bir alan çalışması yardımıyla gerçekleşmiştir. Çalışmada 5?li Likert ölçeği kullanılarak eğitimde ses kayıtlarının davranışlarına etkisini konu alan bir anket hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri SPSS kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcıların ses kayıtlarına karşı olumlu bir tutumu olduğu ve ses kayıtlarının yeteneklerini geliştirmeleri açısından insanları motive ettiği tespit edilmiştir.
